The garden will be closed to the public for the months of November and December 2025, for extensive restoration work.

Accessibility
Serre de la Madone sits on a steep hillside, with rocky paths and many steps leading to its upper levels.
♿︎ | Accessibility for wheelchairs is extremely limited, visits are not recommended. |
🩼 | Visitors with reduced mobility can enjoy the garden but they should be aware that they will encounter steep stairs and uneven terrain. |
👨🦯➡️ | To enjoy the sounds and delightful scents of the garden, vision-impaired visitors should visit with a sighted companion. |
Sturdy, comfortable shoes are highly recommended for all visitors.

Pets
Domestic pets are not allowed, only accredited seeing-eye dogs may enter.

Photos and video
You are most welcome to take as many pictures and videos in the garden as you like. However, permission to capture video of a guided tour is at the discretion of the guide.

Food and drink
You are welcome to bring food and drink into the garden, but please be considerate and dispose of your waste in the bins provided throughout the garden.

Mobility Aids
Feel free to bring normal-sized prams to the garden, but please leave at home all other wheeled conveyances such as oversized prams, wagons, bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, or scooters.

Smoking
In keeping with the town of Menton’s no-smoking initiative, smoking is not permitted anywhere in the garden.
